Willow Pool Parties
Members can reserve the back deck for parties of up to three hours. Add a gas grill for a $5.00 fee to cover propane, or use the charcoal grill at no charge (bring your own fuel). Parties are scheduled during regular pool hours.
We also host private parties when the pool is closed to members. Private parties carry additional costs (see below).
Book Your Party
Parties are booked first come, first served, for members in good standing. One adult (21 or older) must be the responsible contact for scheduling and for any issues before or during the party.

Party requests appear on the pool calendar within 48 hours of your emailed confirmation. Check the calendar a few days after submitting to confirm your party is on the schedule. To change or cancel, email willowparties@gmail.com.
What It Costs
$5.00 for every guest who is not a Willow Pool member, whether or not they swim. No charge for children under two. Payment is due at the end of the party by Zelle, cash, or check payable to Willow Pool.
Large parties may incur additional fees if extra lifeguards are needed. Private parties add a lifeguard cost (two lifeguards minimum) paid directly to the lifeguards.
Party Rules
As the host, you are responsible for your party and your guests. Members must be present throughout, since parties are a member privilege.
No glass containers anywhere on the premises, including the parking lot.
No beverages in the pool or on the pool deck.
No balloons or confetti. They damage the pool system.
Lifeguards take a 10-minute break each hour. During breaks, only guests 18 and older may swim in the large pool.
The wading pool is for small children only (age four and under).
The lap lane is reserved for lap swimming.
Obey lifeguard instructions at all times.
An adult from the party must monitor all non-swimmers.
Non-member guests must leave when the scheduled party time ends.
